Congress delivered for bridges, now it must deliver for voting rights.
President Biden and Congress invested trillions in our bridges, roads and trains. Now voters are demanding they pass national voting rights legislation and deliver for democracy.

No celebration without legislation.
This year for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we are focusing on action. Martin Luther King III, Arndrea Waters King, and Yolanda Renee King, along with faith leaders, civil rights leaders, and voting rights advocates, will join together to demand voting rights legislation now.
Our leaders have a historic opportunity to restore and protect our right to vote by passing the Freedom to Vote Act, and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act.
From the Civil War to the Jim Crow era, the filibuster has blocked popular bills to stop lynching, end poll taxes, and fight workplace discrimination. Now it’s being used to block voting rights. The weaponization of the filibuster is racism cloaked in procedure and it must go.
There’s no time to wait - we honor Dr. King with action.
Democrats: Deliver For Voting Rights
A record number of multiracial, multigenerational voters turned out to elect President Biden and Senate Democrats. Now we call on our elected leaders to protect our democracy and our fundamental rights that Martin Luther King Jr. and countless others fought tirelessly to achieve.
